ACCS Values

There are three management bodies representing all schools in the post-primary sector (ACCS, ETBI and JMB) together with other representative and patron bodies (including the Catholic and Protestant Bishops, Educate Together, An Forás Pátrúnachta, Religious Orders and Religious Trusts such as Le Chéile, CEIST, ERST, Loreto Schools Trust etc.). 

Our Vision for Education and outcomes are underpinned by the ACCS's values of:

  1. An understanding of Community-based, Comprehensive education for all;

  2. A commitment to sector-wide, partnership approaches;

  3. A commitment to innovate and to disseminate good practice in our schools;

  4. A commitment to use resources as efficiently and as effectively as possible;

This Vision is supported by the Post Primary Education Forum (PPEF) document, and will be delivered in collaboration with our partners in education.
