General Responsibilities of the Board of Management

The Board of Management is required, as far as is reasonably possible, to ensure that students are valued and respected and that the school is managed to provide an appropriate education for each student in the school. The Board of Management implements this responsibility through the delegation to the Principal and staff responsibility for the day to day running of the school through the promotion of a school climate of shared values, attitudes and beliefs between the teaching staff, parents and students.
