Information for Exhibitors

 Please find below a final few pieces of information for you from the Hotel regarding set up, parking etc. prior to the ACCS Convention.

Set Down and Unloading Equipment

The exhibition area is open for set up from 11.30am on Wednesday 26th March and Convention registration is from 1.45pm. Exhibition area closes on Thursday 27th with the last exhibition viewing and prize draw taking place at 4.15pm.

Exhibitor Entrance to Cranaghan Suite - Exhibitors are best to enter via the Cranaghan entrance doors at the golf club side of the hotel.

Extension Leads – The hotel has requested that exhibitors bring their own extension leads.

Exhibitor prize draw

We will once again have the exhibitor sponsored prize draws at the close of exhibitor viewing on Thursday 27th at 4.15pm. While some exhibitors like to offer a prize as a way to attract visitors to their stands, there is no obligation to do so. If you are participating, we recommend having business cards or another method to collect visitor names to facilitate the prize draw. This will help us ensure a timely and smooth end to the exhibition viewing for both you and delegates.

Please note there is no exhibition viewing on Friday.
