The Great Southern Hotel/ Killarney Royal Hotel/International Hotel Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Delegates are reminded that bedrooms cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date or no shows on the day will be subject to full B & B charges for nights booked. These charges will be deducted from the credit card provided to secure the booking. 

Note: Accommodation in The Great Southern Hotel is fully booked. All booking forms will now be forwarded to the Killarney Royal Hotel or The International Hotel and a confirmation reservation will be issued by the Great Southern Killarney. Please complete and forward the attached delegate accommodation booking form to: amcmahon@greatsouthernkillarney.com, if you require accommodation.

We would appreciate if there are any changes/amendments to your reservation booking please notify amcmahon@greatsouthernkillarney.com or telephone – 064 663 8000 as soon as possible.  

Non-Resident Delegates: 

To prepare for catering requirements, we would appreciate if non-residents who require meals could notify ACCS by completing the attached Non-Resident Meals Package Form and return to office@accs.ie before Tuesday the 14th of March.
